KOGAÏ for Her

Characteristics

It was at the heart of a region in Japan, the Ryukyu islands constantly swept by winds, that ANNAYAKE found its inspiration to write the third chapter in the Godaï collection, which is nothing other than a tribute to the wind. The wind, which symbolically blends the other elements – earth, fire and water – is diffused in the feminine and masculine fragrances named KOGAÏ* for Her and KOGAÏ* for Him. As the wind is synonymous with desire and freedom, the KOGAÏ* fragrances are an invitation to reclaim your freedom, with a trail of enveloping freshness.

Top notes
From the first notes, a refined, aquatic water jasmine accord bursts forth like a surge of optimism. Pink peppercorns amplify this airy impression, and their spicy and light accents wake up the heart of the fragrance.

Middle notes
Then an irresistible bouquet of freesia, peony, frangipani and iris blooms. Freesia and peony rise floral and bright, frangipani flower contributes a powdery, delectable facet and finally the majestic iris flower delivers a sensual scent. The KOGAÏ* for her fragrance develops, warmer and more sensual.

Base notes
Vanilla then accentuates the floral notes’ sophistication, supported by caressing and noble white sandalwood. Rich, complex woody resonances of cedar intensify the warm, enveloping harmonies.

*KOGAÏ means “wind” in Japanese
