How can I track my order ?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped; it will include a tracking link that will be kept up to date in real time. We recommend creating an account with the email address you used to place your order. To track your order, simply log in to “My account” with your email address and password, which you were asked for when you signed up. If you have lost your password, below the “Password” field, you can request new login information that will be sent to you via email. Then go to “My Order History.”

There you will find a detailed table summarizing all of your orders as well as a link to the carrier’s website to track your package; you will also see your invoices, which you can download.

What is your return policy ?

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your order. If you would like to return all or part of an order, please follow the procedure described below to return it efficiently and receive a refund. Please note that we exclusively accept returns for orders placed at www.annayake.com.

To return your products:

  1. Time limit: in accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day you received your order to return the product(s). 

  2. Condition of items: the product(s) must be returned in its/their unopened original packaging. 

  3. Shipping of items: You must use Colissimo Suivi to return the product(s); to do so, please complete and attach the form below. The customer has to pay the return postage. We do not accept packages with postage due. If it is proven that the product(s) is (are) defective or has (have) been delivered by mistake, we will issue a refund plus €10 for return shipping. The Customer shall assume any risk associated with returning the product(s).

  4. Gift with purchase: In the event of a gift with purchase, the Customer agrees to return the gift along with the product(s) returned; otherwise, the price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

  1. Refund: Upon receipt of your package, we will process the return of your item(s) and you will receive a confirmation email on the day your refund is validated. You will receive your refund within a maximum period of 30 days. If the order was a gift, only the person who paid for it can be refunded.
